The XIX edition of the Italian Society of Rheology Conference will be held in the lecture rooms of Plesso Belmeloro, in the city centre of Bologna, from June 16 to 19, 2026.

The program will include plenary lectures by invited speakers as well as contributions from delegates, with a specific session devoted to poster presentations.

At the exposition section of the conference, tables will be available for the participants to meet leading companies in the field of rheological instrumentation.


All researchers and students with an interest in rheology, in all its aspects, are invited to submit contributions.

All accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts having an assigned ISBN.

The Italian Society of Rheology will present the Best Poster Award to the student who will deliver the best poster presentation at the conference

Selected papers will be eligible for the publication in a special issue in Rheologica Acta.
